Mahindra & Mahindra has unveiled a brand new dealership format to showcase its premium models in the Indian market. The automaker says it already has over 300 World of SUV’S dealerships which have been set up in a record time of just 6 months.
The new World of SUV’s concept is situated within the existing Mahindra showroom itself and envionises a new look and feel of the future with a breakthrough in brand and customer experience.
Speaking at the showcase of the World of SUVs, Veejay Ram Nakra, Chief of Sales and Customer Care, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd said, “The Mahindra World of SUVs is a differentiated customer experience, a synthesis of next level technology with a physical environment that showcases the brand promise of ‘Live Young Live Free’. Infact it is built on the foundation of providing convenience, transparency and personalisation.”
The concept also brings Wi-Fi connected customer lounge and Refuel counters. It further gets virtual reality experiences such as embedded screens, virtual reality mirrored displays.
The vehicle display area within the World of SUV’s has been elevated to a premium unit with VIP treatment for vehicles on display. Premium models such as the Alturas G4 and XUV 500 will be displayed within the World of SUV’s format.
