Maruti Suzuki has introduced a new Ertiga limited edition in Goa with cosmetic changes both inside and out. Based on the mid spec V variant, the limited edition MPV can be had in petrol and diesel and gets three colours options – Exquisite Maroon, Superior white and Silky grey.
On the outside, the Ertiga limited edition gets alloy wheels, roof spoiler and limited edition badges. There’s chrome for the fog lamps bezel and side door mouldings. Inside the car receives a host of changes and updates to keep it fresh. First up there’s black interiors with dark red seat upholstery and matching pillows for the rear seats. Faux wood trim runs around the centre console and door panels. Other bits include ambient lighting for the cabin, front centre armrest and dual tone steering wheel cover.
Mechanically the Ertiga limited edition remains unchanged and it continues to be powered by the same 1.4 litre 92 bhp petrol and 1.3 litre 90 bhp diesels. Though both engines come mated to a 5-speed manual transmission the 1.4 litre petrol has a four speed automatic option as well.
The limited edition Ertiga could be the last update the current generation Ertiga receives as Maruti Suzuki is getting set to launch the new generation Ertiga by Diwali this year.
