Toyota India has introduced the updated 2018 versions of the Innova Crysta Innova Crysta Touring Sport and Fortuner.
The 2018 Toyota Innova Crysta and Innova Crysta Touring Sport get Front LED fog lamps, Emergency brake signal, Rear fog lamps and Anti theft alarm with glass break and Ultrasonic sensor. Additionally the GX variant of the Innova Crysta gets Speed and Impact sensing door lock/unlock, touchscreen infotainment system, Steering mounted audio controls and electrically adjustable outside mirrors with puddle lamps.
The 2018 Fortuner on the other hand gets Passenger side powered seat, Emergency brake signal, Rear fog lamps and Anti theft alarm with glass break and Ultrasonic sensor and Electro-chromic inner rear view mirror.
Toyota has also increased the prices of the 2018 Innova Crysta, Innova Touring Sport and Fortuner by Rs 30,000, Rs 44,000 and Rs 58,000 respectively. The price increase has been justified considering the recent announcements by IRDA stating that all new two and four wheelers will have to compulsoringly have a five year third party and three year third party insurance plan.
Mechanically the Updated Innova Crysta, Innova Touring Sport and Fortuner are powered by the same engines as before with identical power and torque figures.
